Position Title: Executive Assistant for International Agenda

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detailed Executive Assistant to…
supporting activities of the international agenda. The candidate must have excellent communication
excellent and professional, excellent administrative skills, and capacity to handle
information with integrity.

Main Duties

  • Providing administrative support, including proactive calendar management and
    coordination of meetings.
  • Coordinating important communications and documents, ensuring that information
    to reach the right people at the right time.
  • Supervision of the logistics of activities
  • Coordination in the preparation of reports, presentation materials and other documents
    important.
  • Development and maintenance of document organization and archiving systems.
  • Interact with team members and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Handling various adhoc requests and tasks that may arise.

qualification

  • University degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Law, Administration
    Business, Management, or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Very good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Discretion and reliability in handling information.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office suite and other technological tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently.
