The Qemal Stafa Foundation, with the financial support of the Olof Palme International Center, supports the organization of the training on the topic “Party Functioning, Digital Party and Communication Skills” with the new chairmen and co-chairmen of the Socialist Party at the regional level.
The third training in this framework was organized in the city of Elbasan with participants from the regions of Elbasan, Durrës, Korçë and Berat on September 9, 2022. Participants were trained on the role and function of the party chairman, the role of party structures in the election campaign, the digital party and communication skills.
