The Qemal Stafa Foundation, with the financial support of the Olof Palme International Center, organized a training with activists of the Socialist Party of Administrative Unit 13, Tirana. The focus of the training was the importance of dignified activism during the 2023 local elections process, public communication and advocacy as a tool for civic participation.
Participants were trained on the importance of public communication during election campaigns, effective public communication techniques, drafting an advocacy strategy, and the importance of advocacy seen in the context of local elections. The training was held on December 17, 2022 in the city of Tirana.
