The Qemal Stafa Foundation organized the “Training of Trainers 2023” which is based on the program “Supporting Democracy in the Western Balkans – Progress and Building Bridges of Cooperation” with a tailored curriculum that includes three intensive and interactive modules, designed as a combination of theoretical presentations and practical skills for participants. “Training of Trainers 2023” aims to support individuals who want to engage as trainers and develop their skills in the field of decision-making, public communication and leadership as important pillars towards the path to success. Topics included in this training include leadership disciplines, a session on communication, media, constructive debate and personal development, modules that will challenge each of the participants.
The second module took place on 23-24 September in Vlora, Albania. On the first day of Module II, participants had the opportunity to learn about Basic Trainer Skills 3&4, where they discussed training, presentation, coaching and preparation of training materials starting from the agenda to the training evaluation form. In the context of increasing interactivity and cooperation, hoping to create a long-term network, at the end of the day, social activities were held as desired.
The sessions of the second day focused on Basic Trainer Skills 5 and preparing the groups for the next module where participants will simulate conducting a training according to the respective groups they have been divided into. In the last session, trainers and participants discussed and consulted on possible topics that the groups could bring for presentation.
