The Qemal Stafa Foundation participates in the Congress of the Party of European Socialists held on October 14-15, 2022 in Berlin, Germany.
Organized with the support of the SPD – a full member party of the PES – the PES Congress welcomed heads of state and government, European commissioners, party leaders and other representatives of the political arena.
Under the motto “With courage. For Europe”, PES leaders discussed policies to address profound changes in international security and multilateral balance, rising energy prices and inflation, the crisis caused by COVID-19, climate change and social challenges.
