The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and the Left Initiative Forum organized the traditional VUČKO Regional Conference to discuss important and current issues in the region among young, local and perspective politicians from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. The Qemal Stafa Foundation was invited to participate with three participants in the conference sessions.
This year’s theme was the general framework of the environment and green policies. The theme of this year’s conference was “From Waste Economy to Circular Economy: Waste Management”. During the conference, participants discussed specific areas related to the topic, learned about good practices in the region, exchanged their initiatives and ideas, and set an agenda for the coming period. The conference was held in Sarajevo on 1-3 July 2022.
