This academy aims to provide a<br\/> unique opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills through interaction with<br\/> academics, experts and political actors. <\/p><p><br\/>The formation of future political leaders is a very important aspect of<br\/> improving the policy-making process. Through capacity building at the national level<br\/> nationally, the foundation aims to foster critical thinking, train, identify and promote<br\/> individuals who have ambitions and want to be an active part of political life in the country.<br\/> Through the Political Academy, participants will have the opportunity to understand more broadly<br\/> complex political, social and economic environment and become familiar with the important process<br\/> of integration into the European Union. The objective of the Political Academy is to provide<br\/> participants with technical knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills in shaping<br\/> politically correct arguments.  <\/p><p><br\/>The call is open to applicants from Albania, with good command of English,<br\/> with active involvement in political affairs and\/or civil society, as well as with an interest in<br\/> Albanian politics and the process of integration into the European Union.<br\/> Around 15-20 individuals will participate in two training sessions according to the dates and locations.<br\/> specified in the agenda attached to this call.
