{"id":20038,"date":"2022-12-25T13:17:32","date_gmt":"2022-12-25T13:17:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fqs.al\/training-of-trainers-2022-module-ii\/"},"modified":"2025-04-19T10:47:59","modified_gmt":"2025-04-19T10:47:59","slug":"training-of-trainers-2022-module-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fqs.al\/en\/training-of-trainers-2022-module-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Training of Trainers 2022, Module II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Qemal Stafa Foundation organized the \u201cTraining of Trainers 2022\u201d which is based on the program \u201cSupporting Democracy in the Western Balkans \u2013 Progress and Building Bridges of Cooperation\u201d with a tailored curriculum that includes three intensive and interactive modules, designed as a combination of theoretical presentations and practical skills for participants. \u201cTraining of Trainers 2022\u201d aims to support individuals who want to engage as trainers and develop their skills in the fields of decision-making, public communication and leadership as important pillars towards the path to success. Topics included in this training include leadership disciplines, a session on communication, media, constructive debate and personal development, modules that will challenge each of the participants. <\/p><p>The second module took place on 24-25 September in Sh\u00ebngjin, Albania. Following Module I, on the first day of Module II, participants had the opportunity to learn about Basic Trainer Skills 3&amp;4, where they discussed training, presentation, coaching and preparation of training materials starting from the agenda to the training evaluation form. In the context of increasing interactivity and cooperation, hoping to create a long-term network, at the end of the day, social activities were held as desired.  <\/p><p>The sessions of the second day focused on Basic Trainer Skills 5 and preparing the groups for the next module where participants will simulate conducting training according to the respective groups that they have been divided into. Participants discussed media communication and constructive debate in the first session.
