{"id":20032,"date":"2022-12-25T14:05:11","date_gmt":"2022-12-25T14:05:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fqs.al\/training-of-trainers-2022-module-i\/"},"modified":"2025-04-19T10:47:59","modified_gmt":"2025-04-19T10:47:59","slug":"training-of-trainers-2022-module-i","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fqs.al\/en\/training-of-trainers-2022-module-i\/","title":{"rendered":"Training of Trainers 2022, Module I"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Qemal Stafa Foundation organized the \u201cTraining of Trainers 2022\u201d which is based on the program \u201cSupporting Democracy in the Western Balkans \u2013 Progress and Building Bridges of Cooperation\u201d with a tailored curriculum that includes three intensive and interactive modules, designed as a combination of theoretical presentations and practical skills for participants. \u201cTraining of Trainers 2022\u201d aims to support individuals who want to engage as trainers and develop their skills in the fields of decision-making, public communication and leadership as important pillars towards the path to success. Topics included in this training include leadership disciplines, a session on communication, media, constructive debate and personal development, modules that will challenge each of the participants. <\/p><p>The first module was held on September 10-11 in Pogradec, Albania. In the first session, participants were introduced to the importance of group development and the processes of their creation. During this session, exercises were conducted and the participants were divided into groups based on the techniques learned. Learning styles and lifelong learning as an important approach to individual learning were discussed. Social activities along the coast of Pogradec and the tourist village of Tushemisht were held at the end of the first day.    <\/p><p>The sessions on the second day focused on Basic Trainer Skills 1&amp;2. Participants discussed ethics and values \u200b\u200bin the first session. Communication skills and non-verbal communication, considered the most important basic skills for a trainer, were addressed in the second session.  <\/p><p>In the last session, the trainers discussed leadership and debating skills, mentioning different leadership styles and approaches, as well as conflict management skills.
