The Qemal Stafa Foundation was invited to participate with three participants in the conference sessions.   <\/p><p>This year\u2019s theme was the general framework of the environment and green policies. The theme of this year\u2019s conference was \u201cFrom Waste Economy to Circular Economy: Waste Management\u201d. During the conference, participants discussed specific areas related to the topic, learned about good practices in the region, exchanged their initiatives and ideas, and set an agenda for the coming period.
