Background<\/h2><\/center>\nThe Qemal Stafa Foundation (QSF) is a non-profit, non-membership organization established, registered and operating in the territory of the Republic of Albania since 2007.\u00a0The QSF was founded by the Socialist Party of Albania in the form of a Foundation and was established as an independent structure, with the aim of spreading, developing and consolidating the values \u200b\u200bof democracy and human rights and freedoms, justice and solidarity, pluralistic society and the rule of law.\u00a0The QSF aims to increase capacity building through training, involving as many experts as possible in addressing the issues targeted by the foundation, as well as active interaction with all political actors. The Foundation has deep cooperation with each of the SP structures at local and central level, with sister foundations involved for common purposes, academic and political researchers, as well as with national and international partners.\u00a0Over the years, FQS has established various forms of cooperation with sister foundations in the country and in the Western Balkans, as well as collaborations with national and international foundations and donors.\u00a0The foundation aims to create a youth that is as proactive as possible in the social, economic and political developments of the country, carrying the values \u200b\u200bof its namesake.\n
